Payment must be made within the specified period stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, SlimBox Solutions reserves the right to charge reminder fees and interest on arrears.
Until full payment is received, all delivered products and services remain the property of SlimBox Solutions.
2.4 Warranty and Liability
We strive for the highest accuracy, security, and functionality of our services. However, SlimBox Solutions assumes no liability for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
SlimBox Solutions is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure, third-party services, or technical failures beyond our control.
Customers must report defects immediately. The warranty period follows Swiss legal regulations.
2.5 Data Protection and Confidentiality

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
